Senior High Scholar's Bowl

2005-2006 Academic Term

Sponsor: Mr. M. L. Hollingsworth, Honor's Physics/Chemistry Teacher

Room: 149, Science Lab

Practice: Tuesday & Thursday Mornings at 7:05

Qualifications: To be a member of this year's scholar's bowl team, you must meet the following conditions.

     1. Must have at least 2 letters of recommendations from a veteran teacher (2 years or   

         greater experience)

     2. Must have a GPA of at least 3.5

     3. Must have high moral and ethical standards

     4. Must attend weekly practices unless an approved, excused emergency

     5. Must attend all required scholar bowl tournaments within the county

     6. Must attend at least 50% of all out of county tournaments and/or practices

     7. Must follow all rules within the Jefferson County Code of Conduct as well as the Student

         Handbook for Clay Chalkville High School.
